Although the following items have unconfirmed sources, there is a series of previously-datamined ilvl 483 weapons and gear that seems suitable for a new 90: If you choose to upgrade a character in-game, you must log out to upgrade your character.Ĭurrently, the Level up! button does not work on the PTR and players can't log in on their boosted 90s.Level 1 characters do not receive a "Veteran" bonus-but level 60+ characters receive a profession boost to their existing professions.For Step 2, you must select a specialization.After making the transaction, you have the option to boost an existing character or to create a new character for Step 1.From there, players have the option to select a Level 90 Character Upgrade and pay in test currency. Why not just hand players 100% completed characters while you're at it. I mean you're already doing 70% of their work by leveling them to 90 with professions. You really don't understand the point at all. They're wanting new players to experience the new content without having to trudge through what for some people can be months of leveling. The new content builds on the old to be better as they go along.
They're already giving people 1 free lvl 90 at the release.
